Who is responsible for your data

Amsonia AB is the data controller for the personal data described here.

Address: Oviksgatan 65, 162 64 Vällingby, Sweden
Email: [email protected]
Organization number: 556844-0746

The short version

This website carries no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking. It sets no cookies, and it embeds no content from other websites. I collect personal data in only one situation: when you contact me.

When you contact me

The contact form asks for your name, email address, phone number, and message. You may also email or phone me directly instead.

Why: to answer you, and to discuss training or consulting if that is what you are asking about.
Legal basis: my legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Is it obligatory: no. If you would rather not use the form, email or phone me instead.
How long I keep it: enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Enquiries that become an engagement are kept as part of that client record for as long as our work and my legal obligations require.
Who else sees it: my email and hosting providers, acting on my instructions. Nobody else.

Booking a course

I do not take course bookings through this website. Courses are arranged and booked through the training provider (for example BiTA, Cornerstone, Learning Tree, or PeopleTeam) and examined by PeopleCert. Each of those organisations is responsible for the personal data it handles in that process, under its own privacy policy.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all. There is nothing here to consent to and no cookie banner, because there is nothing to track.

Content from other websites

This site embeds no content from other websites. When you follow an external link, it opens that site in the normal way, and that site's own privacy policy then applies.

Server logs

My hosting provider keeps standard web-server logs, including visitors' IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and availability of the site (Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention is set by the provider and is typically short.

Automated decision-making

I make no decisions about you by automated means, and I do not profile you.

Your rights

You may ask me to give you a copy of the personal data I hold about you (Art. 15), correct anything inaccurate (Art. 16), delete it (Art. 17), restrict how I use it (Art. 18), provide it in a portable format (Art. 20), or stop processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). Where I rely on your consent you may withdraw it at any time (Art. 7(3)), without affecting anything done beforehand.

Email me at [email protected], and I will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how I have handled your data, you may complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), at imy.se, or to the supervisory authority where you live or work.

Changes

If this policy changes, I will update the date above.
