How I can help
The frameworks keep multiplying, but underneath them sits the same proven set of principles. My work is helping organizations apply those principles in the language they already use, whether that is ITIL, DevOps, Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, and drawing on the strengths of each rather than pledging loyalty to one. That takes a few different shapes.
Training. Accredited certification courses and tailored programs, in Swedish and English, from a half day to several weeks, built around what your people actually need. Read more about training

Speaking. Talks and workshops on service management, its history, and where it is heading, drawing on the same comparisons across frameworks that run through my writing. How to engage
Two channels
I am employed by BiTA Service Management AB. Which channel you use depends on where your organization is based and whether you already work with BiTA.
Organizations in Sweden, and BiTA clients abroad
Clients in Sweden, and clients abroad who already work with BiTA, work with me through BiTA, where I have taught since 2016 and been an employee since 2019. BiTA has been an accredited ITIL training organization since 2004, so its course materials and administration meet PeopleCert's standards. It also runs training in DevOps, support and customer service, and in-house programs, so you get the backing of a full training and consulting operation alongside the teaching itself.

Other organizations outside Sweden
Organizations outside Sweden that come to me directly work with me through Amsonia AB, mainly for online mentoring and conference speaking, as well as advanced ITIL courses for teams. Amsonia AB also handles the certification courses I teach for other accredited training organizations, including Cornerstone, Learning Tree, and Peopleteam.
The accreditations are the same whichever channel you use. I am accredited through PeopleCert, DevOps Institute, DASA, HDI, and HIT Global, and I teach across the full ITIL 4 and ITIL (Version 5) suite, DevOps, and related frameworks, in English and Swedish.
