Articles published elsewhereWhen I have something on my mind, the best way for me to get it out of my head is to express it on a page. My great-grandfather was a newspaper editor and publisher, and my grandmother was a writer and English teacher, so I suppose I shouldn't be surprised.

My work includes ITIL 5, ITIL 4, DevOps, Agile, and IT service management best practices. I have also been working with Human-Centered Design and A.I., so these are all subjects of interest.
I often start with a long-form version for publishing on Substack, followed by a more concise version for LinkedIn.
